Salsa roja
Huevos rancheros
Pozole Verde
Pickled red onions – side note, make these with some Mexican oregano too. They’re insane
Pickled cucumbers

Green Serrano & Cucumber hot sauce !

You can make your own Sriracha sauce. It’s a great way use up a lot of peppers. Lots of recipes online. That’s what I plan on doing with mine this year. Normally you want to use red Serranos but green will work as well.

I freeze them. They work fine in recipes where you want finely diced serranos.

This is my least favorite pepper. It just strikes me as hot. I prefer the habanero with its fruity flavor and heat.

Anything you can do with jalepenos you can also do with serranos. I typically let them turn red, smoke them for a little bit, dehydrate and the make crushed chipotle pepper with them

Make hot sauce
Dice them and put them in spaghetti.
I’ve added them to homemade chili as a substitute for jalapeños and they were pretty good there, too
Make poppers. Hand them out to people and tell them they’re jalapeños 🤭

Dice for chili. Preserve the leftovers for chilli.
Get a microplane and grate them with some garlic salt and oil and mix it in with some plain yogurt and ya got a nice creamy spicy dip.
Don’t use that pre minced stuff in a jar. Use fresh garlic and grate it.[get this microplane](https://www.williams-sonoma.com/products/microplane-eco-handheld-graters-set-of-3/)
